Lynden vehicles live with agricultural dust. Field work, manure spreading, silage hauling and open-air equipment put a fine, chemically active grit into the air that settles on paint and stays there. It is not inert dust. Nitrogen-rich agricultural fallout combined with the county rain sits on a clear coat and etches it, which is why so many Lynden trucks show a dull, chalky finish on horizontal panels long before the rest of the vehicle looks tired.

Add gravel roads and long farm driveways, and you get sandblasted rocker panels, chipped lower doors and grit driven into every seam. Interiors take the matching abuse: mud, hay, feed dust and wet boots ground into carpet through nine wet months. This is where hot-water extraction earns its money, because vacuuming that out never actually works.
